Order Processing and Production Times

The integrity of Lolan T. is a priority. We make every attempt to provide the best product and service to our clientele and industry. Due to the unique nature of our collective works, optional modifications, and hand finishes, each item will be scheduled for production once an order has been placed. Lead and shipping times vary depending on the specific product(s) chosen; standard items will ship within 2 weeks of placed order, semi-custom pieces will ship between 2-4 weeks of placed order, and private commission will ship between 4-6 weeks of placed order, depending on the complexity of the project. Please note, standard time frames above are approximate; shorter and longer lead times may occur. If a Client Profile account has not been created, the lead time will be longer.

When an order has been placed, the client will receive an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation will include all details of the product(s), pricing of the product(s), fees and/or taxes associated with the order, approximate delivery date, shipping cost, applicable warranties and acknowledgment of the size and care guidelines and General Statement Overview. Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied to the order in accordance with the state regulations. Once the order has been shipped, an email confirmation with tracking information will be sent.

If your order is urgent, please contact us via email, and we will work toward the best solution.

Payment is due at the time the order is placed. All orders are processed through Pay Pal.

Age of Consent

By visiting this website, you represent and acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and give consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site or order merchandise.

Shipping

All shipments are sent by UPS with a signature required. If multiple items are ordered, shipping will be held until all products are filled and the order is completed. The approximate delivery time for individual pieces is not guaranteed when shipping a multiple order. At this time, we ship only to addresses in the United States. Alternative shipping carriers are available, contact us via email, and we will coordinate the shipping with a preferred carrier. For security purposes, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or have any markings indicating the content or value of the package.

Carriers are responsible and liable for any damages that occur during transit. Upon delivery, if you suspect any damage or visible damage to the shipping package, do not sign the receipt without making a notation on the freight bill. Retain all packing and shipping material until the carrier has made an inspection.

It is the sole responsibility of the client to file a claim directly with the carrier for any damages within 15 days of delivery. Lolan T. cannot file a claim.

Warranty

Manufactured in the heartland of the Wild West, Lolan T. manufactures in the transitional “workhorse” metals: sterling silver .925 (non-tarnish), 14k and 18k gold, platinum, and palladium; lab-created gemstones, semi-precious and precious gemstones, and diamonds. Every piece that leaves our shop is hand finished. Slight variations in finish from like pieces are industry standard and expected.

Lolan T. stands behind its products. We guarantee all our pieces to be free of original defects in materials and workmanship. Lolan T. is only responsible for original defects that existed prior to the time the product was purchased or delivered. Warranty does not cover any damage resulting from the improper use, care, or any other cause not arising out of original defects in materials and workmanship.

It is our expectation and the client’s responsibility to contact us regarding any defect within the first five (5) business days of the receipt of shipment. If you find a defect in the merchandise when you receive your shipment, please email us immediately and write “warranty” in the subject line, with your contact information, and a brief description of the problem. We will contact you with an authorization code, warranty form, and instructions for the return process. Upon receipt of your product, we will inspect and evaluate the defective nature of your piece, determine the best solution and options, and contact you. Please allow up to three (3) business days for this process. We will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was shipped or an original defect occurred.

All collective works, semi-custom, and private commission pieces have a six (6) month guarantee from the original purchase date to be free of original defects. If there is a problem, which has been determined to be original, the defective product is considered to be an original defect, and we will fix and/or replace. After the six (6) month period, the client must prove that the product had the original defect at the delivery time.

Copyright Protection

To avoid any copyright infringements, please note that federal copyrights, trademarks, and other applicable laws are protected on all collective works by Lolan T. All website content, designs, images, graphics, marketing campaigns, as well as social media accounts are the exclusive property of Lolan T. If you suspect counterfeit designs, knockoffs, or copyright infringement has occurred, please contact us.

To ensure you are buying an authentic Lolan T. product, please shop on our website. Our benchmark and invoice paperwork will always accompany every item that leaves our shop. Retaining all original paperwork will insure the authenticity in the event of repair or warrantee issue.

Federal copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws are protected on all Private Commission projects by Lolan T. The client is responsible for any materials submitted to this website for a PC project. The client grants a nonexclusive and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, market, or create derivative works from any ideas or concepts from submitted materials provided.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges, and merchandise credit of a new, unworn standard piece will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase date. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Please contact us via email, write “returns and exchanges” in the subject line, your contact information, date of original purchase, and a brief explanation. We will contact you with an authorization code, an R&E form, and instructions. This authorization code will help to expedite this process efficiently. Please allow up to three (3) business days for this process. We do not accept any returns and exchanges without prior authorization.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped directly to us, must include all original packaging and paperwork, an authorization code with the R&E form filled out, packed and sealed securely, prepaid and insured for full value. We will not accept COD shipments. We recommend you ship your package with a carrier who will provide a tracking number and for security purposes, do not write the word “jewelry” or any markings indicating content of value on the package.

Once we receive your package, the item will be inspected, and its condition evaluated. We will contact you to verify whether or not your item is eligible for returns and exchanges or a merchandise credit. If eligible, the exchange item will be adjusted for price difference (if applicable), shipping charges, and estimated delivery date. A merchandise credit will be issued, posted on your client profile account, and applied to future orders. Please allow up to five (5) business days for the adjustment to post. All returns and exchanges and merchandise credit items must be in their original packaging materials, unaltered, unworn, and in resalable condition. Please note, worn merchandise will not be accepted. There are no exceptions made to this policy.

All semi-custom and private commission orders are final and are not eligible for returns and exchanges or merchandise credit. There are no exceptions made to this policy.

Lolan T. will exchange regular and custom t-shirts for another of the same garment in a different size or color. We will accept returns for merchandise credit only, minus a $10 restocking fee. Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. The returned t-shirt must be in its original condition with all tags still attached, unworn, and in resalable condition. Please note, worn apparel will not be accepted. There are no exceptions made to this policy.

The return and exchange or merchandise credit value of product(s) are determined by the original purchase price.

Cancellations

Lolan T. allows three (3) days from the original purchase date to cancel an order. Standard piece orders will receive a full refund. Semi-custom and private commission orders will receive a refund of the purchase price less the design fee. Credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

Privacy

Thank you for becoming a part of the Lolan T. family. We respect your privacy. Your personal data provided is private, confidential and secure. Lolan T. does not sell or share information or email addresses with others or third party affiliates.

Client Profile accounts are preferred but not mandatory for purchases from our website. Voluntarily opened, your online account’s intended use is to fulfill specific requests and orders, facilitate fast checkout, to maintain order history; and to record size and color preferences, favorite coveted pieces, milestone dates, news and special engagements, invitations to private events, previews of new releases, and announcements of new collections. Once your profile has been created and verified, you will receive an email confirmation that your account is ready for use. A complimentary Sizing Kit will be sent for your use when ordering our pieces.

Information collected will be used for order verification, internal marketing purposes, and fraud control only.

Client profile accounts have a user name and password to protect against unauthorized access by others to the client’s confidential details. The client is responsible for keeping, maintaining, and protecting her/his user name and password. Please notify immediately via email if there is suspicion that an unauthorized person has access to client login information. It is the client’s responsibility for immediately changing the login password, and for every unauthorized misuse caused by the breach.

For security, we do not keep any credit card information.

If you access a link to another site from our website, it will direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, practices, or terms of service on other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

By visiting, registering, or purchasing products on Lolan T’s website, the client acknowledges and accepts the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and consents to having your information collected, used, and stored as described. We reserve the right to modify or change this privacy policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be posted on your client profile account.

Repair, Refinish, Re-Size

Every piece that leaves Lolan T. is guaranteed to be free of original defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover any damage resulting from the improper use, care, or any other cause not arising out of original defects in materials and workmanship. Please review the Lolan T. Care and General Care Guidelines. Refer to the Warranty Policy for instructions if an original defect is in question.

If you need to return an item for repair, contact us via email and write “repair” in the subject line, with your contact information, date of original purchase, and a brief description. We will contact you with an authorization code, repair form, and instructions. This authorization code will help to expedite this process efficiently. Please allow up to three (3) business days for this process. All repairs must be shipped directly to us, with the appropriate paperwork filled out and a copy of the original invoice, authorization code, packed and sealed securely, prepaid and insured for full value. We will not accept any repairs without prior authorization. We do not accept COD shipments. We recommend shipping with a carrier who provides a tracking number and for security purposes, do not write the word “jewelry” or any markings indicating the content of value on the package. Once we receive your package, we will evaluate your repair; contact you with recommendations, estimated out-of-warranty charges, and approximate lead time for delivery. Depending on the condition of the piece, the repair work may take up to three (3) weeks. If you have a time constraint, please let us know and we will try to accommodate.
Each design has its own dimensions listed in the description section on the Lolan T. product page. Please refer to the Size Guidelines and your personal Sizing Kit to review and record specific information. This will ensure you have the correct sizing when you place an order. In the event a wrong size is purchased, please contact us immediately via email to resolve this issue. We will only accommodate the exchange of identical style pieces. Please refer to the Returns and Exchanges Policy for eligibility and shipping guidelines. It is our expectation that we will receive such emails within three (3) business days of receiving your order.

Re-sizing requests can be accommodated for most of our ring pieces. However, due to the nature of some designs, re-sizing is not an option. Refer to the description section on the product page for verification of re-sizing options. To keep the structural integrity of a ring, please note that we will only increase or reduce one finger size.

To re-size a .925 Sterling Silver ring, the charge is $40.00 per item.

To re-size a Gold, Platinum, or Palladium ring, please contact via email for a quote.

Size Guidelines

Rings

Sizing has many variables to consider. Follow the recommendations and use the finger size gauge in your Sizing Kit to eliminate most sizing variables.
At the end of the day, when your finger is the largest, measure the finger of the hand your ring will be worn on. If unsure between two sizes, have knuckle limitations, or allergic reaction concerns, please contact us via email to discuss. There has NEVER BEEN a finger we couldn’t adorn.

Bracelets

Fit is based on individual preference. Use the guidelines below and the sizing band in your Sizing Kit.
Link and Cuff: Measure the circumference of your wrist right below the wrist bone where the bracelet will naturally rest when worn. Increase the wrist measurement by increments to determine your fit preference.

Snug fit: add ¼” to ½”
Comfort fit: add ¾” to 1-0”
Loose fit: add 1-1/4”

Bangle: Tuck your thumb into the palm of your hand (thumb and little finger should overlap) and measure the circumference of your hand around the knuckles closest to your wrist at the widest point. This is your size circumference and will determine your bangle fit.

Anklet: Fit is based on individual preference; hanging loosely below the ankle bone or fitting snug above the ankle bone. At the end of the day, when your ankle is the largest, measure the circumference of your ankle right below the ankle bone where the anklet will naturally rest when worn. Adjust your measurement by increments ¼” to ½” for your preference fit.

Necklaces

The length of a necklace is based on individual preference; the following measurements are guidelines only.

Women:
16″ choker
18″ reach the collarbone
20″ reach right at or slightly above the neckline
22″ reach right at or slightly above the neckline
24″ reach below the neckline
26″ reach few inches below the neckline
30″ reach below the chest

Men:
16″ not recommended
18″ choker
20″ reach base of the neck for smaller neck sizes
22″ reach the collarbone
24″ reach a few inches below collarbone *most popular size
26″ reach above the sternum
30″ reach a few inches below the sternum

Lolan T. Care Guidelines

Do not take Lolan T. jewelry to another jeweler to be cleaned or altered. A jeweler unfamiliar with our pieces may cause damage and add to the cost of repair. Every piece that leaves Lolan T. is hand finished. Slight variations in finish from like pieces are industry standard and expected.

Antique oxidation finish is intentionally applied to some of our pieces to enhance the detail work and distinctive look.

Many of our pieces have gold plating options. The durability of the plating will depend on the care the wearer takes. By following the general care guidelines below, this will help prevent the premature wearing off of the plating and will last longer. Moisture and acidity of skin due to touching and handling, physical activities, water activities, all contribute to the wearing off of plating.

We have strategically designed our plated areas to allow for best longevity. However, plating will gradually wear over time and lend itself to a truly authentic “ombre” look.

General Care Guidelines

Jewelry will retain its beauty and look its best if properly cared for. Please review the following guidelines.

  1. Remove jewelry when washing hands, bathing, showering, or applying lotions, perfumes, and hairspray. It is recommended that hands are completely dry before handling or wearing jewelry.
  2. Avoid wearing jewelry for any strenuous activities such as working out, gym, lifting weights, tanning, water sports, club sports, rock climbing, manual labor, mechanic work, handy-man projects, gardening, and even housework. Damage will occur due to contact with moisture, perspiration, sharp blows, excessive friction, and chemicals.
  3. Do not submerge jewelry in liquids or wear in a hot tub, steam room, pool, water parks, rivers, lakes or oceans. Exposing jewelry to these elements may cause discoloring, crystalizing of metals, damage finishes, and cause fractures, breakage, scratches, or abrade of diamonds, genuine gemstones, and lab created gemstones. The incurred cost associated with refinishing or replacing stones will depend on the condition of the damaged piece.
  4. Do not clean jewelry with silver polish, dip style cleaning solutions, ultrasonic, toothbrush, or any other self-cleaning method.
  5. We recommend occasionally cleaning jewelry using gentle dish soap such as Palmolive in a small bowl of hot water, allow the pieces to soak. A soft baby’s toothbrush may be used to gently scrub around and behind any detail or stonework, place in a strainer and rinse under warm running water. Pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Allow the jewelry to completely dry before storing it in its pouch.

General Statement Overview

By visiting and purchasing from Lolan T, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms of service, policies, procedures, and notices. This acknowledgment and acceptance also applies to browsers, vendors, merchants, private clients, or contributors of content to this site.

By agreeing to these terms of service, the client acknowledges to be an adult, at least 18 years old, and gives consent to allow any minor dependents to purchase from the Lolan T. website.

By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges and accepts that Lolan T. reserves a nonexclusive and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, distribute, market content or any creative works from ideas and concepts from submissions.

By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges, understands, and accepts the Sizing Guidelines, the Lolan T. Care Guidelines, and the General Care Guidelines.

By agreeing to these terms, the client will not use Lolan T. products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts, to violate laws pertaining to state, federal or international jurisdiction, to violate copyright infringements or intellectual property rights of Lolan T. or others; to advocate hostility, intolerance or hate crimes against others, and to incite discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, or disability.

By agreeing to these terms, the client agrees not to transmit malicious coding, viruses, or worms that may affect the performance, operations, or security of the Lolan T. website. A breech or violation of any of these terms will result in termination to the website.

By agreeing to these terms, the client accepts that individual computer monitors may display slight modifications to color and image. Lolan T. makes every effort to accurately represent products, materials, and colors but cannot guarantee or be held liable for a computer monitor’s display

Lolan T. reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of the Policy and Procedures Statements. We reserve the right to change prices, modify, or discontinue any of our products. Notifications of updates will appear in Client Profile accounts.

Lolan T. reserves the right, but are not obligated to limit the quantities or sales of any product(s) or services(s) we offer to any person, geographical region, or international jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that we suspect maybe placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Lolan T. reserves the right to remove unlawful, offensive, threatening content that violates any intellectual property. Lolan T. will not be held liable for comments posted on social media.
